  2. Maintenance of the membership register and collection of fees
  3. Arranging meetings and taking minutes
  4. Delivering effective Public Affairs and Public Relations services
  5. Arranging meetings with stakeholders whether political, industry or professional
  6. Responding to consultations and other industry related papers/proposals
  7. Managing budgets, accounts and statutory reporting
  8. Delivering and maintaining a contemporary and up to date website
  9. Providing a regular newsletter containing political, market, media and other relevant news
  10. Undertaking and commissioning research and drafting papers as instructed
  11. Maintaining an office facility in the Midlands from which all telephony and correspondence services are         delivered
  12. Creating and administering codes of practice and the compliance and redress activities associated with         them
  13. Maintaining all records and computer systems
  14. Providing back up facilities in respect of archives, files and data systems
  15. Providing advisory services for members on technical matters working with outside stakeholders as         necessary.
